As one of the most exciting and innovative Aesthetic Dermatology companies with outstanding growth worldwide we are currently looking for a charismatic personality who can lead our Medical Training department and further strengthen and develop our BU Aesthetic Dermatology Medical team in Europe. In your position you will assume the functional supervision (“Dotted Line”) for the European medical training team and you will be responsible for establishing the highest standards for our physician training programs. You will travel regularly with the team actively supporting other aesthetic physicians and healthcare professionals as a coach and mentor. Based on market insights you will guarantee the quality of the team, develop training concepts and materials as well as promote advanced techniques and tools. You will be responsible for initiating review-meetings quarterly to design and implement state of the art training solutions.

This position requires a Medical Doctor, ideally a Dermatologist with at least 3 years experience in medical training and aesthetic injecting, sound knowledge of dermal fillers and toxins, and someone who wants to take on a leadership position with a global player. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. The position is based in Frankfurt/Main but up to 60% of the working time will be spent on international (primarily EU) travel.
