We are looking for a
School Nurse (m/f/d)
(Schulkrankenschwester / -pfleger)
on a part-time basis with 11.5 hours / week. Working hours are from 2.30 pm until 5 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 2.30 pm until 4 pm on Fridays.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency care for students and staff
- Administer medications and monitor student health conditions
- Communicate effectively with parents / guardians and staff regarding student health needs
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality
- Promote a healthy and safe school environment
Your profile:
- A bachelor's degree in nursing or completed training as a nurse (preferable pediatric) or comparable medical training
- A minimum of two years professional experience in a similar field
- A genuine passion for working with people – especially children
- Strong intercultural competencies
- A friendly, professional and approachable personality with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of individuals
- Flexibility to step in on short notice to provide coverage during a colleagues absence
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German
